RTC RNG

Description

RTC RNG is a randomised character collecting game.

The gameplay is rolling the randomiser and getting a random character. Every so many rolls you get a guaranteed rare, epic, legendary, mythic or better.

The main appeal of the game was the collectable characters being popular figures in the Roblox twitter community (RTC). The game when it first came out had over 100 concurrent players and made around 10-25k robux. As a part of advertising I also added 200ish people to the game that asked to be a part of it.

The game was developed in around two weeks and lost players due to a lack of updates. If I were to go back to the game I would certainly have improved the RNG system as I believe it was the main issue being far too slow to roll.

The game had two ways of monetisation, the plus expansion which allowed players to do two rolls at once and have their character follow them. The second was the ability to pay for a guaranteed legendary, mythic,rare ect.

After the game had fallen off relevancy I released a large update with bug fixes, faster rolling, quality of life enhancements and music for night & day I created to help this game be a more Impressive item in my portfolio.
